InteractHRM’s Suggestion Box allows the organization to define multiple Suggestion/Idea Boxes, for employees to submit suggestions for review by superiors or by a specific committee. The suggestions can be grouped by subject and rated based on importance and impact on the organization. Separate processes enable the organization to assess the suggestions and to issue awards for the best suggestions and publish them through the Interact Intranet. The application also allows employees to keep a history of the suggestions they have submitted and to track the status of each. After assessing a suggestion submitted to the evaluation committee, the evaluation committee can then assign specific action points to particular employees.
